Order Processing
We’ll process your order as soon as we receive your signed sales order.
Returns for In-Stock Rugs
If you're not completely happy with your in-stock area rug, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges, provided it's in new, unused condition. Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%, depending on the situation.
Custom Orders
Custom area rugs and all broadloom carpeting orders are final sales and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once placed. Any deposit for a custom order is non-refundable. If you cancel the order, we may retain the deposit.
Delivery and Shipping
The delivery dates we provide are estimates and may experience delays beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays not caused by us.
Color Variations and Defects
Slight color or shading differences between dye lots are normal and not considered defects. These variations are not a reason to reject the product, and exact color matches to samples cannot be guaranteed.
Inspection and Acceptance
Please inspect your merchandise for any obvious defects within 24 hours of delivery. If we do not hear from you within that time, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with the product. Once the carpet is cut or installed, it is not eligible for return.
Storage Charges
Storage fees may apply if your merchandise is ready for pick-up but remains uncollected 14 days after we notify you.
Pricing and Taxes
Prices do not include sales tax, and additional charges may apply. Prices are also subject to change before the sale is finalized. Written estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days.

There are no warranties, guarantees, or promises, either expressed or implied, related to the sale or delivery of products.
